DVD Sales

We now have DVDs of Senior instructour Ms Yuen going through all of the forms in the adult curriculum (Chon ji, Dan Gun, Do San, Won Yo, Yul Gok, Jhoon Ghoon, Toi Gae, Hwa Rang, and Choo Moo) as well as all of the forms in the little champions curriculum. Each DVD includes a complete demonstration of the form, as well as teaching alll of the details. An excellent training tool for anyone who has difficuluty remembering the forms!
